Personnel Management

Supervise 60 students and 20 Staff Members in all daily operations. Coordinate hiring, training, orientation, curriculum planning, and daily operations. Interview and select Faculty and Faculty Associates. Review and evaluate student applications. Conduct Faculty Orientation for staff in Residential life, Police, Student Services, Health Services, and The Family Institute. Hold All-Institute Meetings and weekly faculty meetings for professional and wellness check-ins. Support and resolve staff issues.

Administration Management

Collaborate with office on recruitment, selection, budgeting, and planning. Determine and create faculty/staff/student policies. Develop plans for emergency situations, in cooperation with staff and public safety agencies. Generate and implement all documents for the core curriculum, electives, film festival program, and master schedule for faculty and staff. Coordinate student placement in core classes, electives, and masterclasses, final production and independent film production crews. Co-create activities for students, including Institute Banquet. 

Student Management

Manage and ensure safety, supervision, and security processes, including crisis management procedures. Maintain the discipline and morale of students based on NHSI policies, procedures, and code of conduct in a consistent and fair manner. 

Organizational Climate and Improvement

Collaborate with personnel on implementing best practices for overall wellness of faculty, staff, and students. Promote a positive, welcoming, and engaging climate for academics and recreational activities. Promote and adhere to ethical and professional behavior among faculty, staff, and students.

Manage media, research footage, review script treatments and edit for NFL Films Presents segment, NFL Top 100, A Football Life, All or Nothing, The Drive, NFL’s 100 Greatest, and Playmakers. Pitch ideas during development meetings for Good Morning Football Weekend. Assist hosts and stage manager during live studio production for Good Morning Football. 2018-Present        Do Us Part Web Series Los Angeles, CA

Executive Producer, Director, Screenwriter, & Editor         

Executively Produced, Directed, and Wrote Season One of Award-Winning Do Us Part under the tutelage of Hollywood Director Tommy O’Haver. Took on roles of Unit Production Manager, Casting Director, Line Producer, Location Scout, Craft Services Coordinator, Production Designer, Prop Master, and Transportation Coordinator. I also collaborated in creating Director of Photography shot lists, production schedules, call sheets, and contracts. Supervised 39 cast and crew members from conception to completion during pre-production, production, and post-production. The Web Series is currently recognized by eight film festivals as Official Selections, both nationally and internationally, in addition to a Best Dark Comedy, Best TV Episode Finalist, and a Best Short Award.


2018       DePaul University’s 13th Annual Premiere Film Festival Chicago, IL


Produced film festival held at The Music Box Theatre. Manage a crew of 45 faculty members and students: Organized and hired pre-production, production, house and floor crew. Coordinated equipment needs, deliveries, host auditions, and marketing distribution.  Organized and facilitated meetings. Managed Film Freeway submissions. Judged film entries. Offered returning Producer position for 2019 festival.


2006        NFL Baltimore Ravens Owings Mills, MD

Broadcast Department Intern                                                                

Trained under the 14-time Emmy Award-Winning Broadcast Department. Edited and wrote for network television, digital platforms, and in-stadium video game day boards. Wrote lead-ins for pre-season network television games for FOX on NFL Sportscaster Dick Stockton. Coordinated travel arrangements for NFL Sportscasters Tony Siragusa, Daryl Johnston, and Dick Stockton. Offered full-time employment with team travel, upon completion of internship.

Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Video Production Intern                   

Produced, edited, and wrote scripts for weekly and video gameday board shows including I on the Illini and This Week in Illini Athletics. Trained 12 interns in AVID Media Composer, interviewed student athletes, and recorded voiceovers for video spots. Utilized first and second cameras, and instant replay for Division I NCAA football and basketball games.

Addressed social and health issues through live, fun, informative, and challenging 

performances. Composed scripts for discussions and acted in 40 touring shows. Excellent ability to develop and present educational programs and workshops. Completed intensive training in rehearsals three evenings per week, while memorizing and writing scripted material.
